Kierunek prowadzony w języku angielskim przygotowuje do projektowania, tworzenia i rozwijania nowoczesnych systemów informatycznych.
Studenci zdobywają wiedzę z zakresu programowania, baz danych, architektury komputerów, sieci, analizy i projektowania systemów oraz inżynierii oprogramowania. Uczą się tworzyć aplikacje z wykorzystaniem współczesnych technologii, pracować w zespołach projektowych oraz rozwiązywać rzeczywiste problemy biznesowe. Program kładzie nacisk na praktykę, pracę projektową oraz rozwój kompetencji cenionych na międzynarodowym rynku IT.
Absolwenci mogą znaleźć zatrudnienie m.in. jako programiści, software developerzy, analitycy systemowi, specjaliści ds. baz danych, testerzy oprogramowania czy administratorzy systemów IT.
