Wymagania

What We’re Looking For
Must-have:

Overall 10+ yrs of exp managing .Net application with additional experience in large-scale Application Migration, TSA Exit, Carve-Out and Separation programs.
Good understanding of Application Assessment, .NET application migration, SQL Server database migration, infrastructure migration, and migration planning.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Coordinate with business leaders, application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful migration execution.
Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
Define migration strategies, Migration waves, roadmaps, and dependency management plans to support TSA Exit objectives.
Manage end-to-end application migration which includes assessment, planning, migration, testing and cutover activities.
Track project milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions throughout the migration lifecycle.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and obtain required approvals and signoffs.
Identify migration risks and develop mitigation plans.
