Opis stanowiska

Your future role:

  • Handling cases in mass-settlement / mass-litigation projects, including direct interactions and phone contacts with clients,  
  • Drafting and preparing a wide range of documents in civil proceedings, in particular statements of defence, appeals, other pleadings, as well as legal correspondence related to ongoing cases 
  • Negotiating settlement terms with opposing parties to achieve the most favourable outcomes for clients 
  • Analysing complex factual situations and legal issues in order to develop comprehensive litigation strategies and assess legal risks 
  • Review and analysis of legal documents in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements,
  • Identification of legal and compliance risks, 
  • Drafting and red-lining of legal documentation,
  • Research via internal & external sources, 
  • Monitoring legal/regulatory-related databases,
  • Interaction with stakeholders from other PwC and client territories. 

Wymagania

Apply if you:

  • Are advocate/attorney-at-law trainee (aplikant adwokacki/radcowski) or hold a professional qualification as an advocate or attorney-at-law,
  • Have prior experience in litigation, in particular with clients from the banking sector,
  • Have knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and legal issues related to Swiss franc–linked loans 
  • Have a very good command of civil law, contract law, and civil procedure 
  • Very good written and spoken English (at least B2),
  • Attention to detail, think analytically and have the ability to resolve complex issues,
  • Ability to multitask and complete assignments in timely manner with highest standards of quality,
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships,
  • You demonstrate proficiency in using modern technologies and AI‑based tools in your day‑to‑day work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the German or French language (B2 and higher),
  • High level of IT literacy and an interest in technology or legal tech specifically.
