Job Description

Trade compliance facilitates international trade in relation to customs handling in such a way that it secures and optimizes the international goods flow between countries by complying (=risk reduction) with local and international (customs) regulations.

Your role:

• Making the import declaration using the correct customs regulations, correct goods code and additional codes within the agreed time frame
• Supporting and advising the business with making a correct export declaration
• Data entry of an export declarations for organizations which do not have this functionality
• Clearance AGS and Transit declarations for the Single Authorization Simplified Procedures
• Administration of the bonded warehouse (BWH) and Inward Processing Relief (IPR)
• Archiving electronically the declaration relevant documentation
• Reporting Intrastat, Extrastat and VAT

You're the right fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous working experience on a similar position
• Fluent English and very good German
• SAP knowledge
• Experience in working with MS office applications
• Attention to details is of high importance
• Ability to work as a part of a team and cooperate within different business stakeholders
